Console gets installed next at the rigging shop. They will hang the motor and install the console, trolling motor, and electronics. Should be another week depending on the motor! I am changing to a Mercury 60 Big Foot 4 stroke, don't want to wait for the Yamaha, Wylie says they aren't shipping them in any size. Always had good luck with both manufacturers so I know I will be happy with the Merc.

As of today Kevin called and Wylie found a Yamaha 70 for me so it's back to the Yammy! Way to go Wylie.

Now how about a trailer comment, I've posted some pictures of my new trailer after coating with Sharkhide. Looks pretty good, only time will tell if it is worth it or not.

After: some lite polishing and Sharkhide.

Good looking unit man isn't Kevin great to work with. I enjoy building my boat as much as using it.

    You got it!

Saw a version on another boat at the Miami show and talked to the fabricators’ at YF and came up with this design. Kevin really likes it and it eliminates holes in the deck and having to remove the backrest when you stop to fish. I think will be the standard now on all the skiffs.

Now that you explain the logic it actually makes a lot of sense and is pretty nice.
I bet you don't get much sleep between now and next Friday. Best of luck!
