    Filled out the owner registration form a couple months ago. Never heard back so I e-mailed Sharon I think it is. (Not sure if Ingrid is still there or what.) Never heard back. Still never got a postcard about Hawk's Cay or any acknowledgement that I'm registered as an owner so I finally ended up just making my reservations at Hawk's Cay and e-mailed Kevin RSVP..

    Did the same thing and no answer either. Guess I should also make reservations for Hawks Cay. Hopefully they get some details out soon.

    Same here. I ordered $300 worth of stuff and my credit card was charged over a month ago. No stuff and they don't respond to e-mails

    I run a fulfillment center for several other companies that do this kind of stuff and you should be able to have your stuff on the road to you the day you order it.

    YF Gear is the polar opposite of YF service. As a new YF 21 owner, I wanted to Gear Up, right. Anyhow at least 6 emails and calls combined to YF gear - zip, zero, nada. YF needs to affiliate with someone who can get some cool gear out and respond. So far YF Gear is a joke. Maybe Kevin B will weigh in and point us in the right direction.

    I'll be working at Yellowfin this summer, so maybe if the YF Gear department is still having problems I can ask around when I start work and see who's in charge of it and what's going on. Charging someone for $300 over a month ago and never getting the product shipped out or replying to inquiries just doesn't sound like something Yellowfin would do so there's obviously a communications breakdown somewhere.

    Also any news regarding the Hawks Cay event. June is coming up quickly. I have not heard anything.

    Guys,

    Just spoke to Matt, who handles Yellowfin Gear. BTW, He is also our QC manager. Todd, he will be contacting you today.
