42 with trip F350s

Any one have any performance #s on the 42 with trip F350s?

I would think this or the 42' With Trip 400's would be the perfect setup.

200 gallons 3 people and 80 gallons of water.

40 mph cruise 1-1.1 to 1 depending on sea condtions and load. never saw worse than 1 to 1.

top end 61 - 63 depending on how it is rigged. burning a whopping 96 gph.
