42 Express???

Has anyone asked for or has yellowfin ever thought about making a 42 express model?

sorry, i need to check more often, we habve thought about it, but are so busy building the current version that i really do not know if the demand is there.

I think an Express would really sell. Many folks are downsizing from basic sporfish boats, getting rid of Captains and moving to the larger outboard boats. Usually older folks, that need and are used to the space, comfort and ammenities of an Express. Also an important factor is that they are more likely to have the income to get in that market. Look at the Florida demographics and nationally, 9,000 people a day are turning 65, and that number will increase to 12,000 a day in a couple years. Back that up to the folks in the 45 to 65 bracket and that is a big market.

I am 64 and can still ride with the boys in a CC, but do feel it the next day. I just don't want to give up the speed yet, but sure would appreciate the comfort of an Express.
