Awful noise on f250 on my 24

Please watch and listen if you have any clue about engines and let me know what you think it could be. Have had it in to our Yamaha shop who is great, and they can't find anything wrong with .. They thought it may be the steering, which is uflex steering system. It makes the noise at different rpms, and all I have to do is throttle up or down and it will stop. But very weird and very concerning and extremely frustrating. They have inspected it two times in past month.

Ps it sure sounds like the engine, not steering. Also could it be like a faulty water pump? Never runs hot though.

That would annoy the hell out of me too. Have you check your thrust bearing washer that is behind the prop? That almost sounds like metal hitting metal.

Something is rubbing spin your prop by hand in neutral and see if the prop shaft is bend may have a slight rub but still should not be making that noise. Also run it will the motor cowling off and see if you here it. That seems loud if it was coming from under the water line.
