Looks awesome. Love the step down console and side door access. Looking at the forward hatch design, looks like it is set up for forward seating? Is the leaning post a new design or are they going w/ one off the 36? Wonder why no sliding transom door? I hope someone builds theirs with a tower. Cant wait to see it in person.

Brett

I am glad there is no transom door.

Congrats on the new ride.. I have it narrowed down to the new 39' Yellowfin and another boat companies 39' model for my new boat. I sea trialed the other boat and was VERY impressed
Looking forward to seeing your boat when finished. It takes a huge leap of faith to buy a new model that is untested but Yellowfin is a company that does their homework and obviously listens
to their customers to come up with this new design. Please post any new pics when you get them.
Good Luck

Sorry about the late post Went to the show Thursday and Friday Spent about an hour on the boat total from both visits. It is well laid out. The new stepdown console is VERY WELL done About 7' of head room. Storage for 4-6 rods inside of it. Electric Techma head and shower. Helm area has acres of space for Big Electronics and Hardtop has lots of space for stereo and vhf speakers and as many lights as you like. One small point is that there is no door, so far, on the boat. So you have climb over the gunnel or transom to get into it. One last small point is the size of the gutters going down the sides and from hatch to hatch. They have designed the ones just forward of the console under the gunnels to be able to mount dive tanks in them, but if no tanks, they can potentially be a bit of an ankle twister as are some of the other channel/gutters in the boat. Sorry about no pics
I am sure they will sell lots of boats just from the Console layout and of course the Yellowfin ride.

Good Luck to All

I filled in some of my gutters with starboard were it seemed to be common for people to fall in them. Worked great and water passes right under them no problem.
