I have these on my boat and can't get power to them. Anyone know where they are switched from typically?

The plugs are usually tied to breakers (which look similar to the main power breakers for your starting batteries and house battery). I have 3 electric reel plugs and 2 of the breakers are located in the aft compartments (under the gunnel) where the trim tab pumps are located. The 3rd breaker in my boat is located under the console near my main breakers. Hope this helps.
