I'm finally in the market for a 32' Yellowfin (in a few months actually), but have started doing more research and trying to decide whether it is more cost effective to buy a 1-2 year old boat and have the factory change things that need updated/changed or ordering a new boat. I know that many other manufacturers offer pretty substantial discounts at boat shows. Does Yellowfin also offer special boatshow pricing? I don't really want to wait until Ft. Lauderdale to order a boat (if that's the direction I choose), but if I can save a little $$$, might be worth it. Anyone have experience buying a Yellowfin at the show?

Yeah, I've looked pretty hard at your boat and it looks pretty close to what I would order for myself and looks in perfect condition. I seriously doubt your boat will still be available come Aug/Sept when I want to buy, but believe me, if it is, it will be at the top of my list.

Yeah, I've seen that boat listed on Boat Trader...very nice. What is the performance like with the f300 compared with f350s? Less horsepower, but less weight....think it might be similar performance?

Wish I could find a 32' with forward seating...or at least pictures of one. The only forward seating i've seen is on the 34' and 36'....which I assume would be slightly larger than on the 32'? The only requirement from the wife is that she has a place to "relax/lay out" in comfort....meaning forward seating. When I was down at the factory, they even said they had a removable filler section that could make the forward seating a solid pad, which she liked. Anybody have pictures of a 32' with the forward seating option?

I have a 2011 32' in stock here in Lauderdale with the Coffin in bow. You can only have one or the other in the 32', Coffin or Fwd. Seating. The 36' can take both and we have a new stock 36' build on the way with both....E.

I don't have forward seating, just the coffin box. My girlfriend is 5'7 and my sister is 5'5 and they're both able to lay out on the coffin box comfortably to tan. Not at the same time obviously, but it's got enough of a surface that they can be happy and lay out and I've still got room to fish around the front. Not having forward seating allowed me to have an anchor locker door which helps with guiding the rope as the anchor puller pulls it in and I've also got 2 speakers mounted up next to the door as well.

I know you may be set on forward seating but figured it may be worth looking into.

The 32 with Twin F300 Yamaha's topped out @ 62 mph. Cruise is 45 mph @ 1.8 GPH. We had 4 people on board at the time. The Fly By Wire is Great. Best of all, these new Yams are a whole lot quieter vs the older style. We still have our 32 in stock. Here is a link to additional pictures on our 32:
