Do all of the 32's have the aluminum fuel tanks and rear fishboxes? What kind of mileage can I expect out of this setup with 5-6 guys, full fuel (325 gal), and full ice (no coffin box)?

All 32's have alum tanks and rear boxes. I would expect about 1mpg with that load. The more you wet the running surface forward of the steps (with ice leads or anything else stored forward of the console) the greater the reduction in speed/efficiency.
